## Rollout / env
Set `RAZORPAY_KEY_ID`, `RAZORPAY_KEY_SECRET`, `RAZORPAY_WEBHOOK_SECRET`, `NEXT_PUBLIC_RAZORPAY_KEY_ID`. Absent ⇒ system runs in **offline** mode (orders persist as pending, manual confirmation) so dev/preview never breaks.
